Returns

Return Policies and Restrictions:
  • To initiate a return, please respond to the order email or email customercare.calila@gmail.com. We would be glad to help you resolve the issue or provide you with a prepaid return label to complete the return.
  • We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only. When returning your purchase within the United States, return shipping is free if you use the prepaid return label provided by email.
  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned. This will be clearly noted in the product description.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact. 
  • In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at customercare.calila@gmail.com.

 

Return 110:

  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the 110% of the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
